What is it?
It is the injection of different products, by means of intradermal micropunctures with very fine needles in the scalp.
The injected substances can be: amino acids, vitamins, polynucleotides, trace elements, vasodilators, alone, combined or also mixed with platelet-rich plasma.
The term mesotherapy comes from Greek. The suffix Méso refers to the mesoderm, one of the three embryonic cell layers that give rise to most of the apparatus of our organism, the connective tissue and the dermis. And the word therapy means treatment: “treatment of the mesoderm”. So, we could say that this treatment consists of the application of medicinal or natural combinations in the form of intradermal microinjections in the first layer of the dermis and in very small doses.
What is it used for?
Mesotherapy treatments are used to treat various pathologies and are also very effective against hair loss.
It is also widely used in beauty and rejuvenation treatments, both facial and body.
Hair mesotherapy is considered by medical specialists to be a very effective technique, which regenerates the epidermis and activates blood circulation in the area where it is applied.
It is applied as a single treatment to improve hair, as a preventative of hair loss and also as a reinforcement of hair grafts.
What substances are used?
The combination will vary depending on the area to be treated and the specific purpose of the treatment. It is a technique applied to superficial levels of the dermis and has no adverse effects.
They can be medications, trace elements, amino acids, polynucleotides, vitamins, hormonal regulators, vasodilators and/or homeopathic products. As well as plasma enriched with growth factors.
These substances will act on the skin, activating cell renewal and stimulating the development and proper functioning of the hair follicle.
The aim is to stop hair loss, strengthen it and accelerate its growth.
